Na’Sha Robertson
Na’Sha Robertson serves as the Survivor Services Coordinator at Deitch + Rogers, where she provides compassionate, trauma-informed support to clients navigating the aftermath of crime. With a strong background in victim advocacy and case management, Na’Sha plays a vital role in connecting survivors with critical resources, guiding them through complex court processes, and ensuring their voices are heard every step of the way.
Prior to joining Deitch + Rogers, Na’Sha served at Hubbard House in Jacksonville, Florida, where she worked directly with victims of domestic violence. She has also held advocacy roles stationed with the Norfolk Police Department. In these roles she specialized in housing support, employment connects, community referrals, and multi-disciplinary coordination for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.
Na’Sha holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to equity, dignity, and justice for survivors of violence, and she brings both professional expertise and heartfelt dedication to her role.
